Refined Corn Oil is a neutral-flavored, light-yellow vegetable oil produced by extracting oil from corn germ, followed by degumming, neutralization, bleaching, and deodorization (RBD process) to remove impurities and stabilize its high smoke point (~230°C). Rich in polyunsaturated fats (omega-6) and vitamin E, it is ideal for frying, baking, and food manufacturing, offering oxidative stability and clean-label versatility. The final product is low in FFA (<0.1%) and peroxide value (<1 meq/kg), with a 12–18 month shelf life, making it a cost-effective choice for both industrial and consumer applications.
